Signing In

A simple a straightforward process to signing in.

Overview

This guide walks you through the steps to sign in to your Knapsack workspace, whether you’re using email and password or Single Sign-On (SSO). Follow these simple instructions to quickly access your workspace and start collaborating with your team.

Step 1: Navigate to https://app.knapsack.cloud

You will be greeted by the sign-in page.

Step 2: Enter your email address and click "Continue".

If your organization has SSO enabled for your domain, the SSO login process will begin automatically from this point.

Step 3: If you're not using SSO, you'll be prompted to enter your password.

After entering your password, click “Continue”.

Step 4: Access your workspace

  • If you belong to multiple workspaces, you’ll be asked to select the workspace you’d like to access.
  • If you only have one workspace, you’ll be automatically redirected to it after signing in.

This simple login process ensures secure and efficient access to your Knapsack workspace.
