# Video Block

### Overview

Our [embed blocks](/documentation/blocks-overview/embed-blocks) offer various options for integrating content from other sources, but the video block is specifically designed for seamless integration into your documentation.

With the video block, you don't have to worry about managing heights or aspect ratios—it automatically maintains the original aspect ratio of your videos and is fully responsive to the user's screen size.
